Beyond One-Off Loans: PeraSure Introduces Revolving Digital Credit for Filipino Borrowers

Manila, Philippines — For borrowers who occasionally need access to cash, applying from scratch every time can add another layer of friction to an already busy financial routine. PeraSure is introducing a revolving digital credit model in the Philippines, allowing eligible borrowers to continue accessing an approved credit line instead of starting over with every transaction.

Operated by SEC-registered Sulit Lending Corporation, PeraSure officially launched on August 8, offering credit of up to ₱50,000 with repayment terms ranging from 30 to 180 days, subject to credit evaluation.

The platform’s revolving structure means eligible borrowers can draw from an approved credit line over time. As their repayment record develops, the credit line itself may be reassessed for growth.

PeraSure combines this model with a paperless application process. Applicants need only a valid Philippine mobile number and one valid government-issued ID. Payslips and supporting documentation are not required.

Borrowers who have proof of income may submit it through the app for later credit re-evaluation, providing another data point for future assessment.

The platform uses automated decisioning and data science to assess identity, ability to repay, and credit risk. Most application decisions are delivered in under three minutes, while approved funds are disbursed to the selected digital wallet in about five minutes.

PeraSure charges 0.10% daily interest based on the remaining principal. Including applicable service fees, the total daily rate is 0.25%, equivalent to approximately 7.5% a month.

The company says the all-in rate is one of the lowest disclosed in the Philippine digital lending market and below the regulatory ceiling. Under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2025, effective April 1, 2026, combined interest and fees on qualifying small loans are capped at 12% a month, or approximately 0.4% per day.

Before confirming a loan, borrowers are shown the applicable rate, fees, and total repayment amount upfront.

PeraSure said the model is intended to provide more continuous access to formal credit for salaried Filipinos, gig workers, and micro-entrepreneurs, particularly those who may not have traditional documentation.

The company also maintains compliance with the Credit Information System Act of 2008 (RA 9510), applicable Credit Information Corporation requirements, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended), alongside its SEC registration.

PeraSure said it does not access borrowers’ phone contact lists and does not contact family members, friends, or employers regarding repayment.

The PeraSure app is currently available for download on Google Play.
